Description
The 30 cal 212gr BoreRider is a unique LRX product which offers an innovative design that reduces drag (increases BC), increases case capacity, and reduces bearing surface. Please pay special attention to the following details before ordering:
  • Requires a 1:8 twist or faster. Most 30 Cals are 1:10. Check what is stamped on your barrel
  • This is a "bore rider" design and there is only a short band of full .3080 diameter. 
    • Seat the bullet to the edge of the band. You cannot adjust OAL.
    • The bullet will protrude the shell case mouth by ~1.38"! This makes the round extremely long. Here are a few ways to feed the long cartridge in your rifle:
      • Single feed. A 2 round holder attached to your rifle may be of value.
      • Use an extended mag box
      • Load in a short action cartridge, and use a long action rifle
