Hunter Light is made of laminate and weighs about 1kg. The stock is about 5% smaller than the GRS Sporter, which means it usually also fits smaller shooters without modification. The included stock washer makes it easy to extend the stock length (LOP) from 32.5 cm to 34.5 cm.

6° that makes a difference
All GRS stocks have a relatively straight grip with an ergonomic design that GRS has become known for. An important detail is that the grip is angled 6° outward from the centerline of the barrel. This corresponds to the angle of the hand when you point with your index finger, which provides a more neutral and relaxed shooting position that is suitable for both hunting and shooting.

*Bedding Bedding
the system in the box means that you adjust the rifle's stock so that the system/box always rests against the stock in the right places. This is so that the recoil can be transferred to the stock in exactly the same way in every shot regardless of external circumstances or if the weapon has become hot. Bedding a stock can be done by a gunsmith and it almost always gives precision advantages.
GRS composite stocks and chassis do not usually require bedding, but some weapons such as the CG1900 (which is hand-polished to a greater extent) may still need it. Laminate stocks are always recommended to be bed to avoid cracking.
